Classes
Regular classes are organised by Tango Warwick on Fridays throughout the year, except usually for the first Friday of the month when there is La Milonga Ideal.
Classes are in St Mary's Church
St Mary's Rd, Leamington Spa, CV31 1JW.
There are generally three, hour long, classes:
beginners and essential tango techniques
improvers and essential tango techniques
intermediate
followed by an hour for practice and social dancing with a local DJ.
There are starting points for absolute beginners several times a year, though it may be possible to cater for absolute beginners at other times: please check in advance.
The two more advanced classes are by permission of the teachers. Newcomers are very welcome, but are advised to start by coming to a class below their usual level unless they have several years of experience of classes and milongas.
Experienced dancers often come for the full evening anyway.
You don't need to have partner for the classes. Payment is at the door.
