GETTING HERE:

We are in the geographical centre of England, with very good national and international communications.

  • By air: the nearest airport is Birmingham Airport, about 30 mins by train; the most convenient London airports are Luton and Heathrow; East Midlands can be useful but is not easy to get to without a car.

  • By train: from London Marylebone,  90 minutes to 1hr 45 mins; from Bath, 2hours 15mins or more; from Manchester,  about 2 hours 30 minutes; from York, around 3 hours; from Edinburgh, 5 hours or more; from Paris, about 6 hours.

  • By bus:  see https://www.traveline.info/, cheaper than train but usually slower.

  • By car: We are easily connected to the main cross country routes, M40 and A46 touch Warwick respectively connecting to London, Oxford, and south, and to M6 to the NW and N Wales and to M1 to the NE or SE , with A14 to Cambridge and east, and M5 to the the SW and South Wales. The A46 goes past Stratford and the Cotswolds, and Evesham to Cheltenham and beyond. The delightful Fosse Way passes close by.
