MILONGA LA IDEAL: Golden October Edition

This week sees a very special Milonga La Ideal, with the return of our resident teachers of 12 months ago, Lorena Gonzales Cattaneo & Gaston Camejo, together with Charles Long of Eton as DJ. Note the unusual timing because of the pre-milonga class. If you are on Facebook please share and generally publicise the event as much as you can!


There will be the usual warm welcome, excellent venue, wonderful dances waiting to be had, plus some nibbles and wine for early arrivers, but BYOB if you wish.

TIMING: The pre-milonga class with Lorena and Gaston : 8.15-9.15. The milonga: 9.30 to 00.30 with performance.

Warwick SPACE is on the north side of the main road north of the river between Leamington and Warwick. Next to the Millwright Arms and almost opposite a Sainsbury local, it is easily reached from the M40 and A46, and about 10 minutes walk from Warwick train station. As a major tourist area there are many hotels and B&B's nearby and in Leamington & Warwick.

Parking is plentiful around the venue in residential areas. Do not park in the adjacent pub or in Sainsbury’s – people have been fined there!

If 20 hours of dancing is too much you could combine your visit with an  excursion to Stratford to see the RSC in Tamburlaine or Troilus & Cressida!

LUIS & ELIZABETH'S CLASSES FOR TANGO WARWICK: will be at St Mary's on Fridays 12th, 19th of October. At another venue to be discovered on Friday 2nd Nov then St Mary's for Fridays 9th, 16th,...November.
