Milonga classes/ Vals classes/ El Pibe Sarandi+ Mabel Gomez

In August, Luis & Elizabeth's 8.30 classes at St Mary's will concentrate on Milonga and Vals. This week and next it will be milonga , and so especial fun!

The first class, at 6.30, will be designed with the recently started beginners in mind, but will benefit dancers of all levels. Experienced dancers regularly join it; apart from anything else that helps to bring on the others. Permission of the teachers is required for the more advanced second & third classes. Details as usual, repeated below.

As usual there will be the lively practica to finish off the evening, with some wine, soft drinks, and cake.

Visiting tangueros welcome--do come if you can.

The September edition of Milonga "La Ideal", September 6th at Warwick SPACE, will have a very special guest: El Pibe Sarandi ! A milonguero of the old school who we are delighted to have visit us. He will give a pre-milonga class from 8.15-9.15, and he will stay for the milonga which will start at 9.30. Not only that but to complement our distinguished guest Mabel Gomez has agreed to be our DJ for the evening.

Dancing at Courthouse Ballroom Friday 7.30-11.30 pm, at The Great Hall of Lord Leycester Hospital on Saturday 2.15 to 5.30 pm, and at Warwick SPACE on Saturday 8 pm -12.30 am (approx), with performance. 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm Improvers Tango & Essential Techniques

8.15pm for 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm Intermediates milonga

9.30 (approx) to 10.30 (approx) Practica.
