Christmas Tango Party/ CourtHouse Milonga/ January Classes

Tango Warwick's Christmas Tango Party Practica at St Mary's Leamington Spa, is this Friday, 16th Dec.  There will be close to 3+1/2 hours of dancing to our guest DJ Felippe Alves plus seasonal nibbles, fine cordials, and mulled & un-mulled wine. (But BYOB if you prefer.)

This is Tango Warwick's Tango Classes & Practica annual celebration. But, as with the classes, we are especially looking forward to welcoming visitors.

It's a very informal, cheerful, mini milonga, catering for all levels. Inexperienced dancers are encouraged to come. We particularly welcome those who have not been for some time, eg since lockdown: it will be a good way to get over any rustiness worries.

DJ: Felippe Alves will be guest DJ to keep us dancing. Most of his dejaying has been in Brazil, and we are very happy to have the opportunity to hear him at this event.

TIME: 7pm for 7.15pm to 10.30 pm

WHERE: St Mary's Church Hall , St Mary's Road, Leamington Spa,CV31 1JW. On 67 bus route. 17 minutes walk from Leamington train station.

PARKING: Big car park by the other side of the Church, plus lots on road.

Milonga Ideal (12th night edition) 6th January at Warwick Court House Ballroom.  Our annual Post-Christma/ New Year celebration in the elegance of one of the finest rooms in the area. Resident DJ  Ricardo Peixoto will serve the music.

Einat Adato will be there with Balanceo tango shoes & dresses.

The Court House Ballroom is quite spacious so we do not expect to have to close bookings. If we do we will give a warning. After that only those pre-registered would be admitted.

January Classes by Vessy & Laurence Reid.  We will welcome Vessy & Laurence Reid as guest teachers on January 13th, 20th & 27th at St Mary's. The  timetable will be:
