Luis & Elizabeth's classes/ July Milonga La Ideal with Michele Tedder

On Friday 6th July we are very excited to have Michele Tedder as DJ for the Hot Summer version of Milonga La Ideal. It will be her first time with us.  Highly recommended she comes from Tango  West in Bristol which she set up with Andrew Oldroyd. They have just celebrated their 20th anniversary, and we look forward to benefiting from these years of experience in understanding the dynamics of what makes a milonga into a memorable experience.

Glenn Barrowman Has instigated a series of tango barbecues at his home in Barford, near Warwick and Leamington. 

It is open to all  “ Free but please bring a plate of scrummy food, salads and non BBQ especially (think Alta Vista)” and please RSVP by FB or to Glennb@wlv.ac.uk.

Usual details for Fridays in June/July:

6.30pm to 7.30pm Essential Tango Techniques {Please arrive  a bit before the start if you possibly can, to help  the class to begin on time.} 

7.15 pm to 8.15 pm  Improvers & Essential Tango techniques

8 15 for 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm  Intermediates

9.30 (approx) to 10.30 (approx)   Practica,  

• Teachers:  Luis Rodriguez & Elizabeth Knock

Prices: 6.30pm class £8 (£5 for students with student Id), together with Improvers class £10 (£8). 
Other classes £8 (£6) for one, £12 (£10) for the whole evening.
Practica: Free with classes otherwise £2 

WHERE: St Mary's Church
St Mary's Rd, Leamington Spa, CV31 1JW. 

It is in the church hall next to the traditional looking church towards the south end of St Mary's Rd. There is a car park by the side of the church and when that is full there is usually ample parking on the nearby roads. Also close to bus routes.
