Lorena & Gaston!/ Anibal Troilo & beginners classes/Milonga with Jose & Martina

Breaking News: 2014  World Salon Tango Champion Lorena Cattáneo and Gastón Camejo will join the Tango Warwick @ Warwick event to give two workshops and a performance, during the afternoon and evening of Saturday 12th October. They will be well known, by many of you,  and loved, for their teaching, at St Mary's and many other places, and for their sublime performances. It is wonderful to have them back. They will be at  the Reading Festival  at the end of October and you can find out more about them from that web site

The Tango Warwick @ Warwick event consists of a Milonga  La Ideal at gorgeous Warwick Courthouse on Friday 11th October, Workshops by L&G at St Nicholas's Church Warwick on Saturday afternoon, Dancing at the Great Hall of Lord Leycester Hospital   (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lord_Leycester_Hospital) on Saturday afternoon, Milonga with performance at Warwick SPACE on Saturday evening.   Booking soon, hopefully.

Tango Warwick Classes at St Mary's,  Friday 31st May (Beginners & Dancing to Troilo)

Luis & Elizabeth's season of classes, at all levels, for Tango Warwick continues this Friday in Leamington Spa, and then subsequent Fridays except for the first of each month.

They have had St Mary's bursting at the seams and have enthused the participants with their emphasis on elegance and musicality.

The 6.30 class will cater especially for the beginners who started recently, but will be of interest to dancers of all levels.

This week the Improvers & the Intermediate's class will have emphasis on dancing to the exciting music of Anibal Troilo and his orchestra.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M2UFiqZ3WCo

 
 

The practica with some nibbles, drinks and wine, will complete a good evening's tango :)

6.30pm to 7.30pm Beginners & Essential tango techniques Please arrive a bit before the start if you possibly can, to help the class to begin on time
7.15 pm to 8.15 pm  Essential tango techniques;  Improvers (Dancing to Triolo)
8.15 for 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm Intermediates (Dancing to Troilo)
9.30 (approx) to 10.30 (approx) Practica.
