Vals / Last chances for Tango Spa v7 / November 2nd

Luis & Elizabeth will concentrate on Tango vals for the second and third classes tomorrow Friday 19th October.  There will be no classes on Friday 26th October BUT there will be classes  on Friday Nov 2nd  at North Hall, Spencer Yard, Leamington, CV31 3SY, details otherwise as usual.

Tango Spa v7 festival starts on Friday 26th October, with a weekend of  top class dancing  (20 hours of it), performances, and workshops. It will be very nice to welcome again the  many  participants from last year  who are returning from across the country.

It's getting to be the last chance to book the discounted dance passes, and the workshops. There is still some availability, at this moment,  for Saturday workshops: W1, W2(leaders & couples only), W3(leaders & couples only). Please spread the word!

Usual details for classes on  19th October:

  • 6.30pm to 7.30pm Beginners & Essential Tango Techniques {Please arrive  a bit before the start if you possibly can, to help  the class to begin on time.} 

  • 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm  Improvers & Essential Tango techniques (Dancing to Tango Vals)

  • 8 15 for 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm  Intermediates (Tango Vals)

  • 9.30 (approx) to 10.30 (approx)   Practica,  DJ de Scarfo

  • Teachers:  Luis Rodriguez & Elizabeth Knock

  • Prices: 6.30pm class £8 (£5 for students with student Id), together with Improvers class £10 (£8). 

    Other classes £8 (£6) for one, £12 (£10) for the whole evening. Practica: Free with classes, otherwise £2 

  • WHERE: St Mary's Church 

    St Mary's Rd, Leamington Spa,

    It is in the church hall next to the traditional looking church towards the south end of St Mary's Rd. There is a car park by the side of the church and when that is full there is usually ample parking on the nearby roads. Also close to bus routes.
