Luis & Elizabeth @ Tango Warwick/ Tango Spa v7/ Milonga La Ideal {March}

NOTHING NEW HERE COMPARED TO LAST WEEK! but here it is :

Luis Rodriguez & Elizabeth Knock continue their residency with us this Friday at St Mary's with classes at all levels. Their emphasis on musicality, simplicity and elegance, have made them extremely popular. Come along and see why if you have never been taught by them before!  Although the classes can be taken independently the second is often related to the third, for example dancing to the same orchestra, so there is extra benefit in coming to more than one. However participation in the more advanced classes is by permission of the teachers.

  A lively practica, with Juan de Scarfo as DJ, plus some nibbles and wine, will round off a good evening of tango. Details as usual, repeated below.

Tango Spa v7 will take place on 26th, 27th, 28th October (to give an extra hour's sleep) with workshops & performance by Ricardo & Jenny Oria plus over 20 hours of dancing in lovely venues, more details to come...

The March edition of Milonga La Ideal will be organised by the Warwick University  Tango Society. You may not notice any change:the same style, welcome, and good things as usual, maybe served with extra verve, and with the excellent international DJ Özgür Aydin, now well known to Tango Warwick. It will be at Warwick SPACE, since it is sure to be busy until 1 am.

6.30pm to 7.30pm  Beginners and Essential Tango Techniques {Please arrive  a bit before the start if you possibly can, to help  the class to begin on time.} 

7.15 pm to 8.15 pm  Improvers & Essential Tango techniques

8 15 for 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm  Intermediates

9.30 (approx) to 10.30 (approx)   Practica: DJ Juan de Scarfo

Prices: Beginners Class £8 (£5 for students with student Id), together with improvers class £10 (£8). 
Other classes £8 (£6) for one, £12 (£10) for the whole evening.
Practica: Free with classes otherwise £2 

WHERE: St Mary's Church
St Mary's Rd, Leamington Spa, CV31 1JW. 

It is in the church hall next to the traditional looking church towards the south end of St Mary's Rd. There is a car park by the side of the church and when that is full there is usually ample parking on the nearby roads. Also close to bus routes.
