Details for Classes & practica in April & May (fairly usual)
LTF test not required on 8th April-see below
Each week the 6.30 class is on Fundamentals. For the more advanced 7.15 & 8.30 classes Luis & Elizabeth will now be using the traditional sequence TTMTTWTTMTTW... applied to the sequence of weeks with T, M, V referring to tango, milonga, and vals respectively. This way the other dances, milonga and vals, do not get neglected.
The 8th & 22nd April are "T".
NO CLASSES ON GOOD FRIDAY 15th APRIL !

We welcome single dancers as well as couples, newcomers as well as those we haven't seen for months, irregulars and regulars alike.
Beginners should join the 6.30 pm class. Experienced dancers also join it in order to perfect their techniques, and help bring on beginners.
The 7.15 pm and 8.30 pm classes are for more experienced dancers (in Argentine Tango) and by approval of the teachers-if that fits you please come-you will get a warm welcome.

The evening is completed by a sociable and lively practica, with some wine, soft drinks and cake. It will be instructive, friendly, and a very enjoyable evening's dancing.

The teachers are our superb "resident" teachers: Luis Rodriguez and Elizabeth Knock. Their emphasis on elegance and musicality and with dancing in milongas in mind has made them justly popular.
They are based in London. See https://tangoynadamas.org for more about them. They are often available for private or semi-private classes on Saturdays. For this please contact them via Luisyelitango@gmail.com

COVID ENTRY REQUIREMENTS WAIVED:
As an experiment and because of the difficulty of getting tests our usual Covid entry conditions will be relaxed on 8th April. We will not ask to see tests, nor proof of vaccination. But if you have any reason to think you may have been infected, with or without typical symptoms, please either stay away or test yourself as near to the time of the event as you can.
Please remember that, at the moment, covid is both prevalent (possibly more than 1 in 15 people) and highly infectious. We cannot rule out the possibility of infection, and for your own safety and for the sake of the NHS we advise you not to come unless you are well vaccinated or have recently got over an infection.
