Tango Classes & Celebration!
Mustn't forget the totally informal practicas on Wednesdays,
in the excitement of such a celebratory Friday:
Friday 13 June sees classes for beginners, Improvers , Intermediates / advanced and practica; with the latter celebrating not 50 years of Microsoft but the first half century of our beloved maestra (if that's the right ending) who will surely outlast Microsoft by many a decade. Do come! If a beginner you can enjoy being introduced to tango by a tanguera, from Wales, who has become part of a phenomenon. If experienced you can hope for a moment of heaven in a Birthday Vals at the practica, with lots of fun and education beforehand.

Experienced dancers also join the 6.30 pm class in order to perfect their techniques, and help bring on beginners.
The 7.15 pm and 8.30 pm classes are for more experienced dancers (in Argentine Tango). If there can be any doubt about your level, especially for the 8.30 class, please ask the teachers.
The evening is completed by a sociable and lively practica/social dance, with some wine, fine cordials, and cake, and with Andy Adamson as DJ. It will be instructive, friendly, and a very enjoyable evening's dancing. You are welcome to stay for the practica even if not doing the later classes: you can read, dream,... or visit a nearby pub (the nearby New Inn, CV31 1DW is in the Good Beer Guide).
TEACHERS:The teachers are our superb "resident" teachers: Luis Rodriguez and Elizabeth Knock. Their emphasis on elegance and musicality, and with dancing in milongas in mind, has made them justly popular.
They are based in London. See https://tangoynadamas.org for more about them. They are sometimes available for private or semi-private classes on Saturdays. For this please contact them via Luisyelitango@gmail.com

PARKING: There is a substantial car park for the church, on the opposite side of the church to the church hall, as well as plenty of on road parking.
HOPE TO SEE YOU !
