June Milonga:Tango Calor with Mabel Gomez/ Luis & Elizabeth classes

To celebrate (another?) start of summer the June version of Milonga "La Ideal" will feature live music, with a return visit by Tango Calor (bandoneon, violin, guitar, vocal) and with star DJ,  Mabel Gomez,  to keep the dancing flowing.   More about this double treat later.

Luis & Elizabeth's ever popular classes continue on Fridays. Same details (below) and same lively practica to round off the evening. Thanks to the ladies who responded to  my appeal last week, the 6.30 class was much closer to being  gender balanced than it often has been, with  happier leaders ☺

  • 6.30pm to 7.30pm Essential Tango Techniques {Please arrive  a bit before the start if you possibly can, to help  the class to begin on time.} 
  • 7.15 pm to 8.15 pm  Improvers & Essential Tango techniques
  • 8 15 for 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm  Intermediates
  • 9.30 (approx) to 10.30 (approx)   Practica

    Prices: First Class £8 (£5 for students with student Id), together with Improvers class £10 (£8). 
    Other classes £8 (£6) for one, £12 (£10) for the whole evening.

    It is in the church hall next to the traditional looking church towards the south end of St Mary's Rd. There is a car park by the side of the church and when that is full there is usually ample parking on the nearby roads. Also close to bus routes.
